The new moon is the perfect time to set goals and make plans for the future.

Using printed images, drawings, quotes (and whatever else takes your fancy!) you can create a visual representation of your dreams for the future.

Being creative with others is a great way of raising your energy vibration, as well as releasing happy hormones dopamine and serotonin.

Cost is £10 per person and includes materials and refreshments.
